When a new kitten comes into your life, our goal is to provide the care necessary to assure that your kitten is a happy, loved member of your family. During your kitten’s two or three initial visits we will:- Provide a complete physical examination to uncover potential problems


  • Perform an intestinal parasite exam and do the appropriate treatment
  • Test your new kitten for Feline Leukemia Virus and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus
  • Administer necessary vaccines
  • Provide information regarding diet, training, exercise, and behavior issues
  • Answer your questions

Kitten Vaccines

We will vaccinate your kitten against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus, and Rabies.


Please be aware that we use the safest and latest vaccines incorporating recombinant technology with genetic encoding of specific antigens. These vaccines replace the older modified live and killed antigen vaccines. The new vaccines:


  • Are extremely safe
  • Provide excellent duration of immunity
  • Are very efficient

In order to maintain your cat’s health, we need to see your cat once a year for the following services:- Comprehensive physical examination to detect signs of disease, illness, or aging concerns


  • Intestinal parasite examination and appropriate treatment
  • Feline Heartworm test and evaluate the need for prevention
  • CORE vaccines that are given every three years (see CAT VACCINES)
  • NON-CORE vaccines that are only as needed every year (SEE CAT VACCINES)
  • Blood tests and other tests that are needed to detect problems before they affect your cat’s health
