Welcoming Dr. Kimberly Pearson, DVM, to Trinity Pet Hospital!

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team at Trinity Pet Hospital: Dr. Kimberly Pearson, DVM. With a rich background in veterinary medicine, including distinguished military service and extensive clinical experience, Dr. Pearson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice.



Education and Training

Dr. Pearson's journey in veterinary medicine began with a strong academic foundation. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree with honors from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Throughout her studies, she demonstrated a passion for animal care and a commitment to excellence, traits that continue to define her professional career.

Military Service

Following her graduation, Dr. Pearson made the honorable decision to serve her country as a member of the Army Reserve Veterinary Corps. For eight years, she dedicated herself to the health and well-being of military working dogs and the inspection of food and water supplies for US soldiers. Her service included a deployment to Afghanistan, where she led a veterinary team in establishing the first veterinary clinic on the base. Dr. Pearson's military experience instilled in her a sense of discipline, leadership, and compassion that she brings to her work every day.

Clinical Experience

Dr. Pearson's clinical experience spans a diverse range of settings, from high-volume clinics to private practices. She began her career in a bustling high-volume clinic, where she collaborated with a team of twelve veterinarians. This experience exposed her to a variety of medical approaches and techniques, allowing her to refine her skills and adapt to different working environments.

Seeking a more personalized approach to patient care, Dr. Pearson transitioned to a smaller practice that prioritized quality over quantity. Here, she had the opportunity to develop deep connections with both pets and their owners, providing thorough evaluations and tailored treatment plans.

Driven by a desire to offer the highest standard of care, Dr. Pearson eventually opened her own veterinary hospital. Her practice quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to excellence, providing a nurturing and compassionate environment for pets and their owners alike. Dr. Pearson's dedication to advancing her skills led her to pursue additional training in dental procedures and soft tissue surgery, further enhancing her expertise.
